Founded by Vikas Tanwar and Foram Tanwar, who together bring over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, our food trailer business is more than just a place to eat—it’s a journey through flavors that blend traditional Australian cuisine with authentic Indian specialties like biryanis and curries.
Vikas moved to Australia in 2017 to pursue his Master’s in International Tourism and Hospitality & Business Administration from JCU Brisbane. His passion for hospitality led him to work with renowned hotel brands while also exploring Australia’s diverse landscapes—from Brisbane to Warwick QLd to Melbourne in Victoria to Alice Springs in Northern Territory and the remote beauty of Strahan, Tasmania. His extensive travels inspired him to bring the flavors of both local Australian produce and Indian culinary heritage into one unique food experience.
LIFE Food Trailers is a registered business , built on a foundation of sustainability. We source ingredients from ethical and sustainable suppliers, use eco-friendly packaging, and operate with solar power—because good food should also be good for the planet.
